I was really looking forward to getting my 24” Arcade machine delivered, and it showed up surprisingly fast, especially considering it was coming from interstate during a busy time. Unfortunately, the machine got damaged while being shipped. I reached out to Anthony, who was super helpful and just asked me to send over a few pictures to confirm the damage. After he took a look, he called me back right away and offered me several options: a full refund, a replacement, or a compromise, which we ended up agreeing on. I can definitely recommend this product; it works just like it should. Plus, the way Anthony handled everything was smooth and fair.
